We did it- after a forum and due to a lot of media coverage (even CNN did an article about the protests), the protesters have been reinstated. So this petition's fight is over- thank you to all 5,000 of you that said 'This is something worth fighting for". But there's more to the story- because the protesters are still inside, going on their fourth day (and Syracuse has had a history of 14 day or longer sit-ins). #NotAgainSU's demands have still not been met and the people in power at Syracuse University still don't care about their students (particularly of color)- they just care about bad press. You can still support by donating food and retweets, but I'm happy to declare a small victory. Keep following @notagain.su on Instagram for the most accurate and quickest updates.
