The Catholic Diocese of Ballarat is planning to hold a Memorial Mass for notorious "keeper of secrets" Ronald Mulkearns -  who oversaw the most devastating period of paedophilia in Ballarat over a torturous span of 26 years as Catholic Bishop of Ballarat.

He failed to act in the interests of victims, instead moving paedophile Priests from parish to parish (including Gerald Ridsdale), and destroyed documents relating to offending Priests. Hundreds of children are known to have been abused in Western Victoria throughout his term as Bishop.

The Mass is scheduled to take place at St. Patrick's Cathedral (midday) on Monday the 16th of May.

WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.
