The River Lea still needs you this World Water Day! The good news is, we have been working together with Canal & River Trust volunteers to continue clearing the river of oily debris and to collect oil-soaked pads and booms. The bad news is, there is still a substantial amount of oil on the Lea. The Swan Sanctuary even had to rescue another two swans this week. How you can help: Do your bit this #WorldWaterDay – can you get two more signatures today? Tell your mum, tell the kids in school, tell the guys in the pub or a stranger on the bus.
