I am sending this online petition out to any and all friends and family's and also to fellow Americans please read about Chris Churchill. in 1998 Chris Churchill a minor at the age of 16 killed my x wife and my 3 children. not only did this person murder my family he also raped my daughter and the dead corpse's of sons when the hearings and trial were over me and my family thought the state of illinois had gave us some peace and justice for the crime this monster had done he received a life term sentence with no parole we thought our family had the solace he would never be able to see the light of day and walk the streets of America. it was bad enough that our tax dollars have to feed and clothe this monster for the rest of his life.. on 6-11-14 there was an article in the Chicago Tribune and New York Times that the state of Illinois wants to reevaluate each and ever murder case committed by a minor who was charged as an adult for the crime they committed.
