� IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT�

Our call for a Judicial Review has been reviewed by a high court Judge yesterday.

The Judge has asked for the Trust and CCG to file their summary defences on an expedited basis (by next Thursday) and that the Judge has expressed that our grounds appear to disclose issues of REAL CONCERN over the way in which the decision has been made, albeit that the judge would like to hear the defendants’ response before considering how to deal with the matter further.

The Trust & CCG now have until the 18th of April to submit their defence.
