Ignored by Riot.

After attempting to contact Riot via a support ticket I received a couple of "generic" responses, basically saying "we already gave OCE a free skin, go complain on the boards". My initial comments: After seeing the recent announcement in regards to the OCE server skin I have started a petition on Change.org to give players the chance to receive the skin for free, as every other server has with their respective server skins. I would appreciate if you passed this message along to the people in charge and would appreciate even more if the issue could be discussed. Besides, you guys never told us at what cost that supposedly "free" skin would come at. You only recently revealed your intentions when you've had over 2 years to tell us. There have been dozens of threads on the boards talking about the "free server skin" and yet not once did a Rioter actually correct anyone on that. As far as I'm concerned this is a ploy so you can charge us for our server skin. Their second response: Thanks a lot for your suggestion. If you haven't done already, I recommend posting this in our boards. Rioters often checks our boards. Since there are a lot of ideas being shared, it's not possible to send a response to each suggestion. No worries, every post made won't be overlooked. I also attempted to ask Riot Ferlyn about their opinion of how Riot is handling the OCE server skin in an AMA thread and was told to view the announcement, as if I hadn't already. I was then ignored and received no answer to my questions.
