With 'Worlds' started now and Riot re-releasing Championship Thresh, I think that Riot should re-release Championship Riven and make her a legacy skin. 

I started playing mid way through Season 3 so there was no way that I could celebrate the Season 2 World Championship Skin, and the fact that Riot re-released Championship Thresh, (which was the Season 3 World Championship Skin), I don't see why they cant just re-release Championship Riven.
