Ricki’s cause of death was Volatile Substance Abuse, and official date of death is May 20th 2023, which puts forward the question that I’m trying to get answered is, he might have been saved if the police under the old policy had attended when a concerned neighbour called them 2 days prior also if the police had attended that day instead of telling me after an 80 minute wait, even after i informed the call handler of Ricki’s problems more so I told them I wanted to report him missing in the first instance , plus the 47 minute call l had with NHS 111 after telling them the police had told me to tell them to send an ambulance and 3 hours after that Call ended an ambulance arrived only for the crew to have to make 3 calls to the fire service before they attend only to find RIcki dead, then the police finally attended, so much or saving police man hours , which is what this new policy they have introduced is ment to do. PLEASE SHARE THIS PETITION FAR AND WIDE, as this shows how this new policy may have delayed help to Ricki and may others who could have been saved due to the rush implementation of it even before the other services were even trained in it.it’s cost a life in this case. I’ll keep fighting for answers, coz that what you do for someone you love and miss dearly, shame his family don’t care but I do. X
