As I type, Flint residents are STILL being charged for water. Some have refused payment and are threatened with shut-offs. Flint officials say their finances are on the brink because of nonpayment. IT IS PAST TIME FOR GOV. SNYDER TO STEP IN AND PAY for what his administration broke. As we know, this is just the start (hello, pipes?!).
