We need to show the city of Richmond Heights that there is community support in favor of our proposed design for a new residence on a thin, empty lot.  The area is a patchwork of architectural styles but this one is not like the neighbors.  It's new and it looks new.  What do you think?  Do you support advancing architecture in st louis?

Building technology has been improving and architectural aesthetic can better reflect these changes.  Highly insulated, tighter-sealed, low energy using buildings are now a reality.  We need to make them the norm and we need to sync the way these structures perform to the way they look.  Just as we'd expect a new car to perform and look sharp, we should WANT our architecture to reflect our modern lives.
