Hilltop District Neighborhood Council (HDNC) Membership Establishment Meeting

Saturday, September 25, 2021, 10 AM – 11 AM PST

Attn: Residents in the Hilltop District Neighborhood Council (HDNC) area (see shaded dark green area below for boundaries)

Our neighborhood council, HDNC, is being revitalized and reestablished. Anyone who lives in the “shaded green area” below is welcome to attend and learn how you can become a member. At this meeting you can nominate yourself to join the board.

Enhance our neighborhood's sense of community by participating in our neighborhood council and help improve the livability, safety, and appearance of our area. Hilltop district needs to be redeveloped to its fullest potential. The objective of the HDNC is to gather ideas/inputs from the community, build support for revitalization of Hilltop District, including the former mall and create a concrete action plan to bring our vision into reality.

or by attending the meeting in-person or Zoom. You can also email the attached membership form at hilltopdistrictrichmond@gmail.com if you aren’t able to attend in-person or virtually. 

● Review & Present By-laws: The attached by-laws have been approved by the RNCC.

● Nomination for Election: An Election/Nomination committee has been established. HDNC members can submit their names for the Executive Board of Directors. The members will be able to vote to approve the bylaws and the election will be held at the annual HDNC meeting on October 14, 2021.  

If you live in Country Club Vista, Fairways at CCV, Country Club Villa, Country Club Preserve, Summer Lane, Lakeview at Hilltop, Bella Vista, San Marcos, The Tides, Vue at 3600 or Heritage Park at Hilltop, you live within the boundaries of HDNC.

Representatives of businesses or organizations in the Hilltop District are welcome and encouraged to join.
