The NYPD have just stated that a 35 year old suspect has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of murder on the 2nd degree and 2 counts of criminal weapon possession as they have found a weapon in his home. 2nd degree is not appropriate and get this petition more votes to get him 1st degree counts!
