Ramsey Khalid Ismael, better known as "Johnny Somali" has created a wave of damage and disruption wherever he goes. Striking a chord personally, continuous harm resulting from his non-stop harassment, racially offensive comments, and unsolicited attempts to provocation have provoked this call for action. His violations include but are not limited to disturbance of the peace, trespassing, obstruction of business, sexual harassment and infringement of local laws, disrespecting local customs, traditions and norms, and leaving behind a trail of confrontation and unrest in a bid for online fame. 

His disregard for appropriate conduct has caused distress to many, but his lack of remorse is particularly unsettling. Instead of showing contrition, he stubbornly continues on his path, fueling his alarming behavior and amplifying conflict.

In light of these delicate circumstances, we ask the United States government to consider the revocation of his travel passport, effectively disallowing him to further disrupt foreign communities and put a stop to his escalating misconduct. By doing so, it would send out a strong message that such disturbing behavior has consequences and will not be tolerated.
