I'm a resident of Arabelle Riverwalk, an apartment complex in Tampa, Florida. Recently, our apartment management decided to implement a new policy, charging for all guest parking on the premises. Because of this change, I am unable to have friends and family visit me at home without them having to shoulder unjust costs. 

This new rule has significantly impacted our ability to invite our loved ones into our homes. The problem is not just personal to me but affects the entire community within the complex. As per the National Apartment Association, maintaining relationships with friends and family is a key component of quality apartment living, and our management's decision blatantly disregards this.

Apartment living should promote a sense of community and ease of living, not hinder it. Hence, we appeal to our apartment complex management to reverse its recent decision and restore free guest parking. We wish to maintain our complex as a welcoming place for friends and family, not a location where guests are deterred due to parking fees.
