Revoke security clearances and investigate Stilwell and Lycoilaj

The Issue

My name is Bryson Pullins, and I've lived a nightmare that no one should have to endure. Government contractor Keith Alan Stilwell, born in 1982, targeted me relentlessly for years, exploiting his government affiliations and credentials. Using government systems within a SCIF—Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility—he displayed revenge porn featuring me, a violation so personal and profound it defies words. Worse, he engaged the help of a hacker, met during his time at The Citadel military college, to harass not just me, but my family, friends, co-workers, and even my phone contacts.

Compounding this betrayal was Joshua Lycoilaj, who masqueraded as a Guam based Green Beret working with the FBI. His deception wasn't just personal; it was a threat to countless Americans, shielding Stilwell from accountability while abusing the trust placed in law enforcement and military agencies.

The actions of Stilwell and Lycoilaj are more than personal grievances—they are abuses of power granted by positions of trust. Every citizen deserves to feel safe, secure, and respected by those who serve our nation, not persecuted. When those with security clearances misuse their credentials to target and harm, it undermines the very integrity of our national defense and security systems.

Security clearances are sacred trusts that should only be granted to those who respect the standards and responsibilities they embody. Stilwell and Lycoilaj have shattered this trust. Therefore, it is critical that we urgently revoke their security clearances and initiate a thorough investigation into their abuses. This is not only about justice for those they've harmed but also crucial for the maintenance of our national security and the protection of all citizens.

I urge everyone to sign this petition to demand that authorities take immediate action against Keith Alan Stilwell and Joshua Lycoilaj. We need to hold those in power accountable, ensure that security credentials are not used as tools for harassment, and protect the sanctity of our personal privacies and civil rights. Stand with me to protect our communities from those who misuse their power. Please sign this petition to bring justice and cessation to this egregious misuse of authority.
