In less than 24 hours, this petition has received over 100 signatures. Considering that Neil Wilby has very few followers, it is clear he has far more enemies. 

The time has come to sink his ship and take positive action against him. He has targeted the wrong person. I will not stop until he is stopped.

If this action is successful and forces him to stop attacking me, I will still actively monitor his actions and assist anyone else he maliciously targets.

Also, please contact the NUJ and demand he is removed. The NUJ has a code of ethics but, strangely, only accepts complaints from NUJ members. The NUJ protects their members from the public even in the knowledge the members may be committing crimes.
