Rugular Maintenance in a Apartments is a basic need and it is not a luxury!

The Association collect maintenance charges from each members on monthly basis. Beyond a Threshold of ₹7500 the GST @ 18% is Charged which is unfair since  Associations of owners in a apartment is under the principle of mutuality . They are not in the business of maintenance !

Request the GST Council to revoke this tax which is a discrimination for middle class family who choose to stay in a housing communities . Vertical housing is the reality in major cities since land is not affordable for middle class to have independent houses

This Tax burden is affecting you, family , friends extra for your housing needs compare to any indivedual houses.
