Councillor Kerrie Fergusson just put forward a foreshadowed motion to support the markets returning to Balmain as a regular community event. This was seconded by Mayor Darcy Byrne and was voted in favour by council.

With council support we will be able to raise awareness, attract quality stall holders and bring community back into Balmain. Supporting local vendors and artists and bringing visitors back into Balmain.

We will continue to solicit signatures in advance of council meetings so please continue to share with your friends and colleagues.
