In my opinion, it far surpasses local competitors such as Golden Corral in terms of quality, value and experience it is heartbreaking to witness the absence of an establishment that once brought nostalgia, joy, variety, and a sense of community. 

As Country Buffet lovers, we understand the lucrative model of buffets—a genre that took up 35.6% of the restaurant industry in 2013 ("U.S. Restaurant Industry Survey," GSIA). The closure of Country Buffet not only robs us of our favored dining spot, but it deprives the restaurant market of a profitable segment.

While its absence is felt every day, we believe it's not too late to bring Country Buffet back to life. We propose an investment into its revival.
