The tint reduces glare, helping in accident prevention. Research shows that tinted windows can reduce interior heat in cars by up to 70%, contributing to a more relaxed and calmer driving experience. Underlining the safety aspect, a criminal is less likely to meddle with vehicles that have dark windows.

Despite the established benefits, Massachusetts citizens squint through the harsh glare of prejudice from an outdated law. If even factory rear windows can come at 20%, then isn't it only logical our legal limit be updated to reflect these new realities?
