Revise India Post recruitment process

Revise India Post recruitment process
The Issue
We,the unemployed youth of India, are aspiring candidates seeking a fair opportunity to work with India Post, a renowned national organization. However, the current recruitment process, which primarily relies on 10th standard marks, does not reflect a candidate's true potential or capabilities to perform excellently in this prestigious institution. To ensure that talents from diverse backgrounds and educational boards get an equal and fair chance, it is vital to establish a transparent recruitment process that evaluates candidates comprehensively.
Relying solely on the 10th standard marks overlooks critical skills necessary for performing duties effectively within India Post. A written examination would be a fairer method, as it could assess a candidate's aptitude, reasoning, language skills, and dedication. Such an approach is more inclusive and considers various facets of an applicant's abilities, thus promoting equal opportunity for all aspirants.
Many organizations globally have adopted similar recruitment processes to ensure they attract competent individuals. Introducing this approach within India Post would not only uplift the standards of recruitment but also ensure the organization attracts and retains the best talent. Moreover, it will instill confidence among aspirants across the country, knowing that their skills and dedication will be rewarded justly.
I urge the authorities in charge of India Post recruitment to consider revising their current mode of selection to include a comprehensive written examination. This change would ensure a transparent, competitive, and fair recruitment process, aligning the organization’s intake criteria with global best practices.
Please sign this petition if you believe that talent and potential should be evaluated beyond school marks and if you wish to support a recruitment system that ensures equal opportunity for all aspirants. Together, we can influence a positive change for the future of recruitment at India Post. #IndiaPostRecruitment #EqualOpportunity
