We cant forget that just last year Texas revised the bill to reunify children with their parents whom had their parental rights terminated if two years have gone by and the child is not in a foster home or adopted with no foreseeable change. However they left out including parents who had signed away their rights. Lets revise this law no one should age out of the system when a parent is willing to take them. This is just a technicality that could reunite numerous children with their parents. I also just wanted to share a photo. Here Dean and all of us were playing dress up. I took the picture.
