Council update from Brian Counihan

Work start delayed to the 16th. I am getting a traffic specialist to conduct a site risk assessment on the crossings and will revisit the north side feasibility with a site visit this afternoon. I did forget that we may need to resume land to fit a span over the culvert at #19. But I will confirm that.
