As you all respected members are aware that due to our association's continuous efforts, BC Govt made 4 major changes in BC Tenancy laws; such as publish tenancy decisions, reduce hearing time for unpaid rent, reduced from 60 days to 30 days to store tenant's personal belongings worth less than $1000 and reduced notice period from 4 months to 3 months to evict a tenant.
This is a good start to keep our efforts and work on track so we have balanced laws.
We strive to keep working in this direction and need support of our members.
