Review Gabriel Ciuffatelli’s immigration refusal urgently and fairly
The Issue
My partner of 2.5 years Gabs (Gabriel Ardana Ciuffatelli) has spent over two and a half years building a life and supporting families in our community. On 13 October 2026, his application to remain in the UK was refused. His human rights claim was certified under Section 94, leaving him without an ordinary right of appeal.
I am Siân, his British partner and a single mother to two autistic daughters. Gabriel provides essential practical and emotional support.
His younger sister, who is also Brazilian and was previously granted permission to stay in the UK, relies on his practical and emotional support too. Being separated from her brother would be devastating for her.
I run Forest Families Ltd and Sunflower Families Community Interest Company, supporting families with children with additional needs across Bromsgrove, Redditch and Birmingham. Forest Families received a Community Involvement Award at the Worcestershire Education Awards.
Gabriel’s contributions have included maintenance, practical help and individual support enabling children with disabilities to access activities while giving parents much-needed respite. His absence would deeply affect our family and others who rely on him.
The Home Office did not assess the partner route because it said evidence of my British citizenship was missing. I can provide my passport immediately.
We want to resolve his immigration position lawfully. Please support our request that Bradley Thomas MP asks the Home Office to:
• Urgently review the refusal and Section 94 certification. • Fully consider our family circumstances and supporting evidence. • Consider deferring removal while his legal options are assessed.
