Basically, Montrose has repealed the limit on cats and dogs in the city. They will strengthen some related ordinances to insure they can enforce proper care is being given and maintained for dogs and cats residing in the city. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO ARBITRARY NUMBER OF DOGS AND CATS YOU CAN HAVE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
