The injustice of the defective legal system locking away innocent people must end.

There are no checks and balances with rogue district attorneys and dishonest judges.

There are zero consequences to the jobs of unethical district attorneys.

If you are a disabled litigant, The justice system fails you with denied ada accomodations that lead to false conviction.  With a communication disability, like harr of hearing, you are already at a disadvantage.  With corrupt district attorneys who tell lies and withold exonerating discovery, you have no chance.

Please encourage governor hochul to sign the bill into law.  A2878: clear wrongful comviction law.

New York needs to be an icon for liberty and justice again, not a rotten apple that violates civil rights to the core.
