Community Board Meeting and Public Visioning Session

Hello everyone,

As I'm sure many of you know, a neighbor died from his injuries after being struck by an SUV in the intersection of Monitor and Driggs. Our hearts go out to both members of the crash, and their families. Poor street design leads to many victims. 

We are presenting to the Community Board 1 Transportation Committee this Thursday June 22nd at 6:30 pm at the Swinging Sixties Senior Center on Manhattan and Ainslie. Please come! 

Then, this Saturday we are hosting a community visioning workshop at the Palace (206 Nassau Ave) from noon until 3. Drop in and lend some of your wisdom as we gather ideas for creating a safe and accessible neighborhood for all.
