Reunite the African Gray Parrots at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park Zoo

The Issue

As someone who has personally witnessed the joy and laughter that Billy, Elsie, Eric, Jade and Tyson—the five African gray parrots—bring to visitors at the Lincolnshire Wildlife Park Zoo, I am deeply saddened by their separation. These parrots have been a source of delight for many people while they themselves find solace in each other's company within their captive environment.

African grey parrots are known for their intelligence and sociability (World Parrot Trust). They thrive in groups where they can interact and communicate with each other. This is why it is crucial to reunite Billy, Elsie, Eric, Jade and Tyson.

The separation of these parrots not only affects them but also deprives us visitors of the unique experience they provide. Their interactions are a testament to the complex social structures that exist among birds which we rarely get to witness up close.

We urge Lincolnshire Wildlife Park Zoo to consider our plea seriously. Let's bring back together these wonderful creatures who have brought smiles on our faces countless times before. Please sign this petition if you believe in reuniting Billy, Elsie, Eric, Jade and Tyson at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park Zoo.
