Reunification & Justice For Ethan, Xendaya & Peyton Bourn

Reunification & Justice For Ethan, Xendaya & Peyton Bourn
The Issue
CPS corruption is a distressing reality that undermines the very purpose of Child Protective Services - to protect and ensure the well-being of children. The case of corruption within the child welfare system highlights the urgent need to address this issue, as it has severe consequences for innocent children and their families.
Understanding the Problem Corruption within CPS involves the abuse of power, manipulation of cases, and falsification of records by individuals entrusted to protect children. It results in grave injustices, such as wrongful removals, placement in unsafe environments, and neglect of those in need.
We, the undersigned, are calling for the immediate reunification of the Bourn children with their parents. This petition aims to address the concerning circumstances surrounding their removal, which occurred without a warrant and without any accusations of child abuse, neglect, endangerment, or abandonment against either parent. Neither parent had any open CPS case, were in any legal trouble, nor had ever had any calls of concern to cps about them.
CPS removed the Bourn children because of a positive drug test they claim is the mothers, which came as a surprise to her because she had not been asked to take a drug test nor did she submit a urine sample for one to be done. The test results produced literally say VOID NON CLEAN CATCH across the top and bottom. Banks don't cash checks that say VOID, CPS shouldn't be able to remove children when a drug test says it. It is our belief that every child deserves to be raised in a loving and supportive family environment, and we seek justice and fairness for the Bourn family.
1. Presumption of Innocence and Due Process: The principles of innocence until proven guilty and due process should be upheld in cases involving the removal of children from their parents' custody. Without any concrete allegations or evidence of wrongdoing, the Bourn children have been unjustly separated from their loving parents. We demand that their rights be protected and that they be allowed to return home immediately.
2. The Importance of Family Bonding: Family bonding is a fundamental aspect of a child's well-being and development. Arbitrary removal of children from their parents can disrupt this vital connection and cause emotional distress. Reuniting the Bourn children with their parents will allow them to restore the loving bonds that are crucial for their healthy development and overall happiness.
3. Trauma and Emotional Impact: Unjustified removals can have serious detrimental effects on children's mental and emotional well-being. The sudden separation from parents can lead to anxiety, depression, and other psychological challenges. It is crucial to prioritize the emotional stability and mental health of the Bourn children by facilitating their safe return home.
4. Supportive Services and Oversight: Rather than resorting to the immediate removal of children, it is essential to provide appropriate support services and oversight to families facing challenging circumstances. By offering resources such as counseling, parenting programs, and community assistance, families can receive the necessary support to overcome difficulties while keeping the family unit intact.
5. Accountability and Transparency: We urge authorities responsible for child welfare to investigate the circumstances surrounding the removal of the Bourn children and hold those involved accountable for any violations of due process or abuse of power. Transparency throughout the process is vital to ensure justice and rebuild trust within the community.
Conclusion: In the case of the Bourn children, the removal from their parents' custody was conducted without evidence or justification.then they were put in an abusive foster home where the foster mom abused and starved them for a year. then placed in the one the are currently in where the foster moms pitbull mix bit Xendaya in the face causing her to get 9 stitches, and ethan is being forced Ritalin against the parents wishes and without a court order. We believe in the importance of family unity, the presumption of innocence, and child welfare practices that prioritize the best interests of the child. We demand that the Bourn children be immediately reunited with their parents and that their rights be respected.
