We decided to adopt a dog. The house has been without one for 3.5 months and it feels incredibly empty. We are expecting a rehomed dog from Barbados tonight. 9th May Yesterday morning Mike received 3 phone calls. The police called that they had forgotten to close Mike's charge that Pebbles was stolen from us. The SPCA phoned that he had been black listed and wasn't allowed to adopt nor foster any dogs. The rescue organization phoned that we couldn't have our new dog while we were black listed. Mike made several long phone calls last night and this morning getting things cleared up. Jeanine had filed false charges against him. Now we're waiting to hear from the organization.

We also learned that Pebbles is still with the lady who took her from us. I hate seeing volunteers misused and manipulated. At least I know Pebbles will be cared for.
