I no longer expect Pebbles to be given back to us. There's too much corruption, hunger for power, and lies to control. I believe the volunteers who took Marley and Pebbles were told a different story than we were. I imagine they were told we are an unfit family and the dogs needed emergency relocation. It's a matter of he said, she said to those outside of the situation. I still hope that Pebbles' microchips being registered to us will make it possible for her to return home. I hope she's well taken care of and feeling safe and loved.
