Speaking with a lawyer friend has let us know that our claim can cost us about $1,500. Likely why others with similar complaints haven't done more than post a negative, one star review. This isn't about expecting to win, it's about leaving a paper trail of unprofessional and harmful behavior. We're desperate to have Pebbles back. We're just nor that niave.
