UPDATE September 2019

My husband had his 2nd visa appointment. 1st was denied. his appointment was April 5th. The embassy then told him they needed another document, one they did not tell us to bring with the things they told us that we had to take. that was turned in then they wanted another and said he had to have a psych evaluation on top of all ready doing the necessary regular doc's appointment. again was not asked for us to do in the thinks of to do on their list. then another document after that. really? i psych appointment. hey he may be a little crazy having to deal with this for 14 years!! so 1 1?2 months of this crap then. embassy shuts down. 2 weeks later they re open send a email telling us they were open and so i guess its being checked into now. could take weeks,months, or even years from what a senator;s office said.years?? really?? 14 years is enough all ready!!
