After a tragic loss in our Donegal community, we feel it is only right to dedicate #5 to Joey Williams. Joey was a dedicated athlete and friend, on and off the court. We are asking that the Donegal High School take these signatures into consideration to honorably retire Joey's jersey. #5 is and always will be Joey's jersey. We want to bring this to light and gather our friends, family, and community, in order to honor Joey, every time someone steps into that gymnasium, that he filled numerous times. Whether it was shooting threes, or hearing "Joey Buckets" from outside the gym. We ask that you sign to bring attention to the Donegal Community in officially retiring jersey #5, as it will always be Joey's. Thank you.
