It's Fall Homecoming Season and Westfield Advocates Continues to Champion for Responsible Development that maintains the comfortable environment and classic suburban character of Our Town.

Let's make our VOICES heard and our VOTES count to ward off the wave of projects that threaten to overwhelm the scale and density of our neighborhoods and homes.

This is the Time to Contact both the Candidates for the Town Council (TC) and current TC to let them know that block buildings up to 6 stories tall with  footprints over 25,000 square feet are NOT the way to maintain the charm and future value of Westfield.

Development projects like One Westfield Place should not have been granted expanded sites or to build on public property, and projects like Westfield Crossing should not have been granted additional zoning variances to bulk up even further than initially proposed.  And the PILOT tax abatements for OWP are both unnecessary and provide minimal public benefit.

Please continue to support the mission and activities of Westfield Advocates, and choose your local Council representatives on whether they would prioritize the quality of life currently enjoyed by Westfield's residents and families or encourage urban scale commercial activity and congestion.

Please review all candidates and consider those that support our mission and our petition asks.
