Please gear up for the Planning Board meeting on February 6th - you need to be there IN PERSON, for another long night.  This is all about the height, size, and mass of the physical buildings on the site and the open space.  They can be as tall as 60, 70, 80 foot tall building envelopes once maximum height parapets are included. 

For perspective, The United Methodist Church Tower and Obelisk are approximately 80 feet tall.
