Town government officials are forging ahead without full community engagement and Resident Input.

What is the RUSH?! We keep asking the mayor and town council.

We are here to amplify your VOICE and have your comments, questions, and concerns addressed by the mayor and town council and their consultants.

·         This project continues to be too large and too expensive.

o   The baby step of converting 34 apartments into 16 dwelling units is not the answer.

o   The baby step of removing one office floor on each building is not the answer.

o   Adding dog parks and community gardens does not fix the overall program that is fundamentally too large for the infrastructure of this town.

·         The time for construction is highly optimistic in a fully operational town and the daily lives of residents and commuters will be affected negatively during this period.

·         The financing proposal continues to be circumspect. The developer is going to receive a huge tax benefit. The PILOT approach and size of this overdevelopment is driven by the need of the developer to make double digit ROI.
