Several bus companies have set up new routes for 2023 that pass through unsuitable roads in Kings Heath. These roads are too narrow for buses and cars to pass by each other, leading to traffic jams and accidents, and residents feeling unsafe. 

The companies include National Express, Diamond, and Stagecoach. Residents of Institute Road, Heathfield Road, Springfield Road, Goldsmith Road, and surrounding roads ask that Transport For West Midlands and the bus companies rethink these routes urgently.
