Details on the enrollment strategy

Here is some further detail from Andrew on which classes we need to enroll in to save lecturers’ jobs and when we can drop:

”For graduate classes, the enrollment minimum is 8 students.

“For undergrad, the minimum is 12.

“Last fall, any class that did not meet its enrollment minimum was subject to cancellation.

“So we should be looking for classes that have not yet met their enrollment minimum.

“Going by what happened last semester, the deans were no longer looking at enrollment numbers after the first couple weeks of the semester—i.e., they stopped caring well before the drop period.”
