Pornography has been a part of human culture for centuries, dating back to prehistoric times, but the accessibility of certain types of content today raises significant concerns. While not all pornographic material is inherently problematic, the extreme and illegal content that is widely available poses serious risks, and might I add, it's also extremely easy to find. It's crucial to advocate for stricter monitoring and removal of such content, as it often features exploit many sex trafficked people there is a tons of illegal content in porn (incest, bestiality, children, sex trafficked, even dead bodies and so much more) there is so much that the people have access to it damages our brains I am almost 20 years old and I've been dealing with a on-going porn addiction ever since I had access to the internet for 9+ years  I remember getting upset at my brother for telling my grandmother I was watching very disturbing porn on his phone I was so young I didn't know deleting history was even a thing let alone other tabs age restriction is not enough yes we can try to keep our kids off the internet teach them the safety's and everything but kids will still find a phone if its a semi-broken forgotten phone on the side of a hill or one your child buys with hidden money and its not just for our children its for ourselves too adults who watch porn often are more prone to be unsatisfied with sexual encounters, have much higher expectations for their partners and even promote cheating in a time where hook up culture is so big a good amount of them are still in relationships, it affects the consumers in many negative ways yes porn can be a fun way to spice up the bed room but its also a dangerous drug it affects us mentalily in many ways and has even desensitizated us i have saw many disturbing things involving pornographic content i always thought it was something very wrong with myself but it ended up being porn is availible to anyone who seeks it so it must be monitored it must have stronger user identfaction victims videos get thrown in sites for people to watch not knowing the people they are watching are victims some still under age Stricter monitoring and regulation of pornographic content are essential. Current age restrictions are insufficient, as children and adolescents can easily bypass them. 

Moreover, even adults can experience negative impacts from consuming porn, including unrealistic expectations in their relationships, dissatisfaction with sexual encounters, and even tendencies towards infidelity. Ultimately, a collective effort is needed to create a safer online environment. By advocating for stricter regulations and promoting education, we can protect future generations from the damaging effects of easily accessible pornography while also addressing the needs of adults who may be struggling with their consumption. Only through these combined efforts can we hope to mitigate the adverse impacts and create a healthier cultural landscape around sexuality.
