Petition updateRestoring Pride in Edgware Station RoadEdgware Residents - We Are Being Ignored — It Is Time to Make Our Voices Heard

Dear all,

Despite our efforts and over 1,500 signatures demanding action to clean and renovate Edgware’s neglected High Street, we are still being ignored.

Our councillors have failed to respond to emails, and our MP has focused on the removal of just two phone boxes—completely sidestepping the more urgent and visible problems that affect our community every day.

I recently received a vague and unhelpful update from our MP, and my follow-up email demanding real action—such as urgent pavement repairs and the installation of fox-proof bins—has gone unanswered. We’re also still waiting for any progress on the promised pavement vacuum and street-washing machine.

Enough is enough.

If we want change, we must apply pressure—continuously and collectively. Politicians act when they feel the weight of public demand. Please take just two minutes today to send a short email to our local representatives. Your voice, joined with many others, can make the difference.

With appreciation,
Zac
