Wow. I don't think I have enough words in my vocabulary to describe my gratitude. 130 people in our community or outside of it care enough to sign and try to bring more attention to it. That's a LOT of people. Franklin Middle's enrollment is around 1.1k students each year. That's almost 1/10th of the student population, in signatures, and I cannot thank you all enough.
Last year's 7th graders who were in honors (now 8th graders,) if you see this petition or if it is sent to you, sign and share your story! I don't know your exact experience, but that's exactly why you should share it, so we know how the abrupt shift was! Of course, any FMS alums that went through any of these honors classes, please share your stories too. I want to know your experience, so that everyone who sees this knows why the petition is here.
