In 2011, a book that teaches a man of high morality, was recognized by the Krasnodar Territory Court as extremist. The decision was made with procedural violations, and the conclusions of the experts on which the court rested are inconsistent with articles 7, 8 and 23 of the Federal Law "On state-judicial-expert activities in the Russian Federation." This circumstance is confirmed by a review of the public association "The Guild of Linguistic Experts on Documentation and Information Disputes (GLEDIS)" of October 16, 2017.

We appealed this decision in all instances of the judicial system of the Russian Federation, including the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. However, in spite of obvious violations of the Constitution of the Russian Federation (Article 3, Part 2, Article 15, 19, 28, 29, Part 3, Article 49, Part 1, Art. 120), we were denied a review of our case . Therefore, we are forced to turn to the president as a guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
