Falun Dafa practitioners from Russia applied in an open letter to the President of the Russian Federation to restore justice for the book Zhuan Falun (the main book of the Falun Dafa cultivation system), and with the hope of obtaining a guarantee of observance of the rights to disseminate information about this practice.
