Meanwhile, the DOJ has ended the very program that was created to investigate this kind of corruption.

This is a dangerous moment — where public office is being openly merged with private gain, and the systems designed to protect the public have been dismantled.

We call on the Department of Justice and Congress to immediately restore the national cryptocurrency enforcement unit.
