September 1 the beach was open until sunset!

Hi, just a quick update - I finished working after 7 tonight and went to the beach. I expected to see the closed gates, but it was open! The water was still closed, but I went swimming from the launch area as I've been doing every evening. 

That's a big win!

When we talked to the major after the meeting we asked him not to enforce the new hours, and he told us he would keep the beach open longer! He's keeping his word. Hope it all works out! ❤️
