Petition updateRestore the Digital Lifeline to Iran: Expedite Direct-to-Cell Connectivity for IraniansIran Protests Intensify (Feb 21) – Complete Blackout is Eminent

A second wave of protests has officially started. Major uprisings are currently centered at Sharif and Amir Kabir Universities, while street clashes have resurged across eight provinces. Historically, the Iranian regime utilizes a total nationwide internet blackout as the final precursor to its most violent crackdowns.

The "Digital Shroud":

The regime is actively conducting door-to-door searches to seize physical Starlink dishes. Direct-to-Cell (D2C) technology is the only solution that bypasses this because it works with standard LTE smartphones already in the hands of 85 million people, making it undetectable and un-seizable.

Life-Saving Alerts:

In the event of a military strike, D2C would serve as a critical early-warning system, allowing civilians to find evacuation routes and medical aid when domestic networks are cut. Without this lifeline, the humanitarian cost of both the domestic crackdown and any external intervention will be catastrophic.

Action Required:

Please continue Sharing & Supporting this petition calling on the FCC, U.S. State Department, and SpaceX to grant emergency licenses and "flip the switch" on D2C for the Iranian region immediately.
