Thank you for supporting the brave people of Iran.
While the Islamic Republic slaughters its people and silences their voices through a total internet blackout, the people of Iran have been abandoned by those who have long claimed to be champions of humanitarian causes. We cannot allow political convenience to become a shroud for a massacre as human life must supersede all political calculations.
To those currently standing with the regime: your justifications are being used to mask a massacre. We must move beyond these barriers:
- To the Geopolitical Strategists: You may feel an ideological alignment with the regime due to its stance on Western intervention or the pro-Palestine movement. But using "enemy of my enemy" logic to ignore domestic brutality creates a dangerous moral relativism. A regime that executes its own youth is not a partner for liberation; it is an oppressor.
- To those Influenced by Managed Narratives: If you are swayed by state-sponsored influencers showcasing "calm" streets, recognize these as staged distractions. Real stability does not require an internet shutdown. If a government were truly popular, it wouldn't need to hide its actions from the world.
- To the Stability-Seekers: Fear of "regional blowback" or chaos is legitimate, but stability built on mass graves is a ticking time bomb. Long-term stability only comes through the people's right to self-determination.
- To the Polarized Left: Do not allow right-wing alignment with the protesters to push you into silence. Human rights are not a partisan issue.
The blood of the innocent stains every political flag equally. It is time to stop looking at the map and start looking at the people. Stand with the protesters in Iran—not because of your politics, but because of your humanity.
Please continue Sharing & Supporting this petition asking to bring the internet back to Iran, to give the brave people of Iran voice.
