FOI results are disheartening...

I finally received the FOI response.  My inquiry confirms that Patricia Hayward, Transportation Supervisor, directed our assigned driver to remain quiet about her safety concerns and not correspond with me.  They also indicate that my inquiry wasn’t worth further investigation as the potential changes could upset other families with shorter or longer route times.  

I have made contact with the school board to present to the Transportation Committee, as outlined on their website.  My request has been received and is apparently under review.  

In addition, I have found another bus stop location where TLDSB is currently allowing an exception to the Transportation Procedure. 

I have also obtained written confirmation from a former student who residing at a neighbouring property and received transportation from TLDSB between the years of 2003 and 2011.   The private property turn around was used for this purpose.  

I want to thank you all for your patience and continued support as I fight this battle.

I hope to have a resolution soon.
